Will is the Freight Program Manager for the Electrification Coalition. He supports efforts to advance the electrification of the goods movement industry and other critical EV policies and programs.
Prior to joining EC, Will was the Senior Legislative Assistant at KDCR Partners, a bipartisan lobbying firm, supporting a portfolio of clients in the energy sector. In this role, he assisted in developing and advocating his clients’ federal policy and regulatory priorities. Will graduated from George Washington University with a master’s in Environmental Resource Policy and holds a bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
