Fleet operators, municipalities, parcel and freight carriers, shippers, retailers, REITs and property developers who are actively managing or procuring charging infrastructure and/or electric vehicles may be eligible to attend as a guest of Electric Autonomy. 

Individuals must fit one of the above categories to qualify. All free passes are subject to review and approval by the organizers of the EV & Charging Expo. The organizers reserve the right to reject registration applications at any time for any reason.

Applications must be made by March 9, 2026 to allow for our review and selection process.
