What is the hosted pass program?

The EV & Charging Expo hosted pass program is a complimentary Expo registration designed for those with concrete goals to decarbonize their transportation and logistics, and/or supply their buildings and facilities with charging infrastructure. Qualified applicants will be able to access the full conference program, Ride & Drive experience and Exhibit Hall, as well as curated networking and connections opportunities exclusive to hosted passholders.

Note: Applications must be made by April 5, 2025 to allow for our review and selection process.
