Tonya Lagrasta

As Head of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) for Colliers Real Estate Management Services, Tonya Lagrasta is laser-focused on applying innovative solutions that are both meaningful and measurable to ensure our clients’ properties remain viable long-term investments. Tonya works collaboratively with our clients to maximize their ESG performance in a way that is uniquely tailored to their asset; developing strategies that reduce operational emissions and energy related costs and improve resiliency. Drawing on her expertise and industry experience within property management, consulting, and retail, Tonya works with clients to mitigate ESG risks, seize opportunities and enhance their ESG disclosures and performance. As Chair of the ESG Executive Steering Committee for Colliers Canada, Tonya also drives social impact, DEI and ESG performance in alignment with our Global priorities. An active volunteer, Tonya lends her time as an NPO board member, an advisor for post-graduate sustainability certification, and a contributor to ECO Canada’s certification. Tonya’s expert ESG commentary and thought leadership on being a woman in commercial real estate has been featured in The Globe and Mail, STOREYS and RENX.
