As Assistant Director at the University of Toronto, Raj Dam leads the Industry Partnerships and External Relations functions for the Arts and Science Co-op Programs at U of T Scarborough. He has over 15 years of leadership experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and marketing across Asia and North America. Raj along with his team work with employers across Technology, Healthcare, Government, Retail, Manufacturing, Banking and Finance and many more, helping them connect with diverse and well trained talent pool of co-op students across different programs at U of T. This manifests in many ways including helping organizations craft an early talent program, offer student engagement opportunities, connections with funding partners and similar other Industry-Academia collaborations.
Raj is a strong believer and champion of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at workplace and has been a mentor to newcomers from equity deserving groups supporting them in their quest of finding meaningful employment in Canada.
