Involved in transportation energy efficiency for fifteen years, Philippe has worked in several organizations as a project manager, teacher and designer of electric vehicles. His current mandate at the Innovative Vehicle Institute is to implement Plug-in Fleet – Heavy-Duty Trucks, a demonstration project aimed at helping fleet managers to electrify their heavy-duty truck routes.
