Director of Program Development – NAPA NexDrive | UAP Inc.

Yves is the Director Of Training & program development at UAP/ NAPA since May 2022.

Yves was working as a professor at Commission Scolaire de Montreal (EMEMM), and technical trainer for automotive service since 1995. He is a certified Hybrid and EV training specialist, Certified by SAE for Advance EV and HEV diagnostics.

As a General Motors Certified Master trainer, Kia trainer and he has given training in many parts of the world such as Middle East, North America, Africa, and Asia, all the training were conducted in Training Centers, Dealerships and private facilities.

He has built and produced many curricula, in Automotive for technical and non-technical training, for many organizations in the past 20 years, he is responsible for the newest EV specialized training program of 635 hours for the Ministry of education and the Provincial EV certification program for the Ministry of Labor in Quebec.
