Will Marshall is the Freight Program Manager for the Electrification Coalition, where he leads efforts to accelerate the electrification of the goods movement sector. In this role, he works at the intersection of transportation, energy, and industrial policy to advance medium- and heavy-duty vehicle electrification, charging infrastructure deployment, and supportive state and federal policies. He convenes diverse stakeholders to align strategies, share best practices, and address barriers to deployment.
Prior to joining EC, Will was the Senior Legislative Assistant at KDCR Partners, a bipartisan lobbying firm, supporting a portfolio of clients in the energy sector. In this role, he assisted in developing and advocating federal policy and regulatory priorities for the firm’s clients. Will graduated from George Washington University with a master’s degree in Environmental Resource Policy and holds a bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
