Todd founded e-Mission Control in 2018 with the belief that a blend of software and expertise in zero-emission fleet deployment and regulatory policy can maximize values within clean fuel programs for fleets.Todd is a mechanical engineer with nearly a decade of combustion and zero-emission engine, vehicle, andequipment emissions certification, management, and deployment experience. Throughout his career, Todd has worked with a wide variety of manufacturers on a global level to develop regulatory guidance and management plans with a specific focus on clean energy technologies, alternative fuels, greenhouse gas emission reduction programs, onboard diagnostics systems, and state and federal emission certification requirements. Prior to founding eMC, Todd was the senior lead in deploying the ZANZEFF SustainableTerminals Accelerating Regional Transformation (START) Phase 1 Project, a $102 million zero-emission vehicle deployment project including Class 8 vehicles, ocean-going vessels, cargo-handling equipment, rail transit, cranes, and tugboats.
