Melissa Chow joined the Canada Infrastructure Bank in 2022 and is a Director on the Investments team. Melissa supports the CIB’s investments in Green Infrastructure and currently leads the CIB’s Charging and Hydrogen Refuelling Infrastructure initiative.
Melissa has more than 15 years of banking experience in the infrastructure and real estate sectors. Prior to joining the CIB, she was a Director, Corporate Banking at Scotiabank where she was involved in structuring and arranging several landmark project finance and leveraged acquisition finance transactions in Canada, the United States and Europe. Melissa started her career practicing law at a Canadian law firm with a focus on infrastructure project finance.
Melissa holds a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University and a BCom from Queen’s University.
