With a foundation as a licensed electrician and over a decade of service with the City of Mississauga, Louis brings hands-on technical expertise and forward-thinking leadership to the evolving EV landscape.
Beginning his career in the private sector, he gained extensive experience in commercial, residential and industrial electrical work before transitioning to public service. Since 2024, Louis has specialized in electric vehicles, leading initiatives focused on expanding municipal EV fleets, as well as building and maintaining a robust EV charging infrastructure across the City of Mississauga.
Louis’ unique combination of trade experience and EV specialization allows him to bridge the gap between electrical systems design, practical implementation, and a large-scale fleet electrification strategy.
