Lindsay Wiginton

Lindsay is a core member of Dunsky’s Clean Mobility practice and supports clients by connecting big-picture objectives to the details that matter for effective programs and projects. With a unique understanding of transportation policies at the municipal, provincial and federal levels, Lindsay is known for building productive relationships and developing shared strategies toward a common goal. A Registered Professional Planner, Lindsay brings over 10 years of experience at the nexus of urban planning and clean energy, designing solutions at the national and local scale. Previously, Lindsay was a Senior Project Manager in the City of Toronto’s Transportation Division, the Managing Director of the Transportation and Urban Solutions team at the Pembina Institute, and a Senior Consultant at Acertys/Hill+Knowlton.
