Lindsay Wiginton is the co-lead of Dunsky’s Clean Mobility practice, where she helps clients connect big-picture objectives to the critical details needed to design effective programs and policies. With 12 years of experience, Lindsay leads teams in producing actionable insights and strategies to accelerate transportation electrification and mode shift at local, regional and federal levels.
As a Registered Professional Planner and seasoned facilitator, Lindsay is known for building productive relationships that result in shared actions to achieve common goals. She holds a Master’s in Urban Planning from McGill University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University. She is a member of The Atmospheric Fund’s Grants and Programs Committee.
