Evan is the Associate Director of Fleet Engineering and Asset Management for the City of Vancouver. In this role, he oversees the long term strategic planning for the fleet as well as the management of the City’s $190 million fleet capital replacement plan. Additionally, Evan’s team provides day-to-day engineering support for any and all fleet-related issues including custom engineering design support for the City’s manufacturing business.
In this role, Evan has overseen a decades worth of green fleet implementation during which time he’s led the transition to renewable diesel and natural gas, overseen the procurement of the City’s first Medium and Heavy Duty Electric Vehicle, and supported his team to replace 12% of the City’s fleet with EVs.
Outside of work, Evan’s the proud parent of two girls, an avid runner, and a passoniate advocate for sustainability.
