Emmanuelle Toussaint, C. ADM., LL.B, has over 25 years of management experience in the private and public sectors. Passionate about sustainable development and transportation electrification, she is Vice President, Commercial for Cleo Innovations, a subsidiary of Hydro-Quebec.
Prior to joining Cleo, Ms Toussaint served as Vice-President, Legal, Regulatory and Public affairs North America for Nova Bus and Prevost, divisions of the Volvo Group. In addition to her roles in the automotive, infrastructure and manufacturing industries, she held various leadership positions in the medical devices, aerospace, computer science, municipal and university sectors.
A member of the Quebec Bar as well as of the Chartered Administrators Order of Quebec, she holds a law degree and a certificate in administration from Université Laval.
