Brett Bouthillier is the Co-Founder and CEO of PowerShelter, an Amsterdam-based company building secure, fire-safe charging infrastructure for e-bike and e-mobility batteries. He previously spent seven years at Tesla, helping build out both the energy and automotive sides of the business across Europe, contributing to the scale-up of clean energy and electric mobility infrastructure.
Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Brett moved to Europe to play ice hockey and went on to complete his master’s degree, ultimately building his career in energy and mobility. Today, he leads PowerShelter in deploying battery charging and swapping networks across Europe and North America, alongside safe charging locker solutions for businesses, property managers, cities, and fleet operators.
