Anaïssia Franca is CIMA+’s Market Lead for Transportation Decarbonization, bringing over 10 years of experience supporting municipalities, governments, public transit agencies, and private sector clients across Canada and internationally in the development and implementation of transportation decarbonization strategies.
She specializes in designing practical, results-driven action plans tailored to each client’s unique context, with a strong emphasis on change management and stakeholder alignment. Recognized for translating ambitious climate objectives into clear, achievable roadmaps, Anaïssia effectively bridges strategy and execution. She frequently presents to municipal councils and executive leadership teams to build consensus and secure support for transformative sustainability initiatives.
Anaïssia holds a Master of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria, with a specialization in transit electrification. Since 2021, she has served as Chair of the Board of Directors of InnovÉÉ, where she supports collaborative research advancing transportation electrification and renewable energy innovation.
