Please note that electrical installers and distributors are not eligible for this program unless they are purchasing equipment for their own company use.

Qualified applicants will be able to access experts, attend all panel sessions, meet with best-in-class vendors, test drive electric vehicles, and take part in curated one-on-one meetings.

Note: Applications must be made by April 9, 2025 to allow for our review and selection process

• Fleet managers and operators (including telecommunications, utility, consumer packaged goods, grocer, pharmaceutical, etc.)
• All levels of government, including municipalities and Indigenous communities
• Property and facility managers or developers (retail, depot, office, parking, multi-unit residential)

Steps to secure your Hosted Buyer Pass:

2. If approved, register with the passcode provided to you and opt-in to the attendee directory.
3. By taking part in the complimentary Hosted Buyer Program, you agree to meet with 3 exhibitors or sponsors of your choosing at the event.

All Hosted Buyer Passes are subject to review and approval by the organizers of the EV & Charging Expo. We reserve the right to reject registration applications at any time for any reason.
