Bill Hamlin

William A. ‘Bill’ Hamlin has spent 40 years in the maritime industry across container shipping, terminal and intermodal operations, and cruise. Bill has served as President Americas for APL; President, Eagle Marine Services; EVP Fleet Operations for Norwegian Cruise Lines; COO for Horizon Lines; COO ITS for Conglobal, and various senior management positions at Sea-Land Service and United States Lines both domestically and international. He is a founding partner of Gray Wolf Group LLC which is a consultancy and advisory firm and was a partner at JMH Group, a consultancy and government advocacy firm. He also worked with Outrider on the development of autonomous vehicle technology and is an advisor to several start-up companies in sustainability. Bill served on the Board of the Pacific Maritime Association and was chair of the IANA Operations Committee. Bill, a graduate of the University of Maine, resides in Moraga, California.
