Jeffrey Dea is Vice President of Growth & Strategy at the Toronto Parking Authority, the largest operator of municipally-owned commercial parking in North America, Canada’s largest operator of municipally-owned Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure and the operator of North America’s third-largest bike sharing system – Bike Share Toronto. TPA’s mission is to be the world’s best provider of sustainable parking bike share and last mile mobility solutions by creating a seamless, sustainable mobility experience for customers.
A member of the Executive Team Jeffrey leads functional teams responsible for Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Stakeholder Management and was the executive lead that built out TPA’s EV charging program from 0 to 400+ chargers in less than 18 months.
Prior to his role at the TPA Jeffrey was Manager of Major Projects at the City of Toronto’s Transportation Services division overseeing the development and implementation of complex transportation infrastructure projects.
Jeffrey obtained a Master of Planning from York University.
