Gabriela Favaron

Gabriela Favaron leads 7Gen’s Charger-as-a-Service (CaaS) strategy and project development and implementation across North America. She has worked for over 10 years in the renewable energy sector in the e-mobility and solar photovoltaic space between private and non-profit sectors. Previously, she worked as an engineer on R&D projects related to power distribution and protection for electric vehicles in North America at Eaton eMobility and micro-grid applications and components for Schneider Electric Solar. Her professional background gives her a unique perspective on how to navigate the EV charging infrastructure deployment across multiple provinces and states and push for effective partnerships between utilities, private and public sectors. Gabriela holds two BSc degrees in Science and Technology and Electrical Engineering. She also advocates for more women in STEM, and is proudly part of the Women in EV group.
